    The artwork was an unexpected surprisea fun way to bring a set of old tales to life.

    While the Chinese Folktales were an interesting view into an aspect of Chinese culture, I found the graphic novel format hard to read In general, I found the artwork good and I felt it added to the folktales for me, it would have been better as text with some illustrations rather than as a graphic novel.
