    Anyone who is in business and either needs to or wants to present from stage or in webinars, should read Joey s book I would also recommend attending Joey s 3 day workshop I did her workshop before I read the book and found it to be a great recap and check that I was applying the principles The book provides a very good overall structure for designing a leveraged business business model e.g if you are currently selling time for money as a consultant , and then for converting presentations into leads and clients Joey gives very practical tips that are like links in a chain leave them out, and the process breaks do them, and it works For example, one thing I realised when I read the book that I wasn t effectively doing was the embedded command 3 step approach in the call to action at the end of presentations I applied that properly in a presentation at a conference two days ago, it it made a massive difference to the results achieved in terms of number of people lining up to take up the offer.
